法官裁決，因為考量美國監獄體系之不人道，拒絕引渡阿桑吉到美國。

這是一個好消息，但是美國表明仍將提出上訴。而且，法官僅僅只是拒絕引渡，卻接受美國對阿桑吉的所有指控。因此，事情尚未結束，阿桑吉仍在黑牢之中。

The Judge has ruled that the US prison system is too inhumane to permit extraditing Julian Assange.

The battle is not over - as the US has said they are going to appeal her decision.

This is obviously great news, but at the same time concerning that the judge agreed with everything the US prosecution put forward, and only decided not to extradite Julian because of how inhumane the US prison system is.
